Unopened, unused returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused Skreetch Pads packages within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@getskreetchpads.com with your order number to request return instructions before sending a package back. Packages must remain unopened and unused. Used pads are not eligible for ordinary returns. Ordinary returns are handled as refunds; we do not offer ordinary exchanges. Replacements for damaged or incorrect orders are handled separately, as described below.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping on ordinary returns. Contact us before returning damaged or incorrect orders; those orders are handled separately.

Refunds

For an eligible ordinary return, we refund the product purchase price to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned package is received and inspected. There is no restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refunded on ordinary returns. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email hello@getskreetchpads.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping, and cover any return shipping we require. Contact us before sending anything back.

Pre-order timing and production delays

Skreetch Pads are currently offered as a pre-order, estimated to ship by October 30, 2026. If production is delayed, we will email you and offer cancellation for a full refund. Standard U.S. shipping is $6.99, with estimated transit of 3–5 business days after shipment.
